1 Introduction — Purpose of This Agreement

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement covering all gameplay, deposits and withdrawals, and platform use by anyone accessing the kyat01 platform (https://kyat01.mom). By continuing to use this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms and conditions stated here.

kyat01 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.

2 Account Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the kyat01 platform, the following conditions must be met—

• Users must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform in any way.
• You must accurately provide your real name, phone number, and payment details using your own personal information.
• Each person may only open one account. Opening additional accounts is considered a breach of the terms and may result in a penalty affecting any winnings.
• Your account is for your own use only and may not be shared, lent, or sold to anyone else.
• Your participation must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. kyat01 accepts no responsibility in this regard.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 — Password and Account Access

You must keep all login credentials for your account confidential and must not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for any financial losses or issues arising from your account.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

All information provided when registering an account and when requested during a withdrawal must be accurate and complete. kyat01 reserves the right to suspend or close any account opened with incorrect information.

3.3 — Account Closure

A player may close their own account upon request. kyat01 also reserves the right to close, with or without prior notice, any account belonging to a player who violates these terms, engages in unfair play, or holds a duplicate account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 — Deposits

kyat01 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Regardless of the method used, the minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. Funds will be available for play after kyat01's verification process is complete.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request, based on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Withdrawals can only be sent to your registered payment account — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

4.3 — Payment Verification

kyat01 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal. Players should be aware that occasional verification checks may cause delays in withdrawal processing. kyat01 will work as quickly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

kyat01's first deposit bonus is up to 120%, up to 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks in your account. The 24,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10 times (240,000 Ks) before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. All games played count toward wagering, but please note that the calculation follows kyat01's own method.

5.3 — Promotion Abuse

Betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, use of software or bots, and holding duplicate accounts — these actions are considered promotion abuse (bonus abuse). If a violation is confirmed, kyat01 reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

Please note that promotions set by kyat01 may be changed or removed at any time.

6 Fair Play Policy

kyat01 places great importance on fair play. No player may attempt to gain an unfair advantage, use software or external tools to predetermine outcomes, or attempt to manipulate a game's Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Players must not use any bot or automated script.
• Playing while hiding your location via VPN or proxy is prohibited.
• Initiating a chargeback on a completed deposit and then continuing to use the account will be treated as financial fraud.

If such behaviour is detected, kyat01 will immediately close the player's account and any remaining balance may be withheld pending further investigation.

7 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphic designs, code, and content displayed on the kyat01 website are legally protected intellectual property of kyat01. Players may not copy, distribute, or sell any of these materials without prior authorisation — they do not belong to you.

8 Limitation of Liability

The kyat01 platform is provided "as-is". kyat01 is not responsible for—

• Losses arising from issues on the player's own end (such as failure to access their account or communication disruptions)
• Losses resulting from third-party cyberattacks (even though kyat01 protects the platform with SSL encryption)
• Delays caused by the player's payment bank or payment service provider
• Force Majeure — changes in law, domestic political situations, natural disasters

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9 Personal Data Protection

How kyat01 handles your personal data is fully described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you are also considered to have agreed to that policy. Your personal information will be used only to operate and improve our services, and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your prior consent.

10 Responsible Gaming Commitment

If any clause of this agreement is changed by a legal provision, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
